zdjecie0157I saw a program the other day that caught my attention. I’m sure many of you are familiar with it. It was called Undercover Boss, it was about a CEO who goes undercover in his company and does the entry level jobs for a week to see how the employees are doing.

I watched man after man go undercover and discover what was really going on in the entry levels of his company. It was quite illuminating to him and he learned many things, both good and bad.

At the end of each show, he revealed who he really was and met with the individuals he had worked with undercover, some were reprimanded and some were rewarded.

I began to think about this last night and reflect on how God works in much the same way. He is watching us all the time; He watches us when we are in church praising the Lord. He watches us when we are at work; He sees how we handle things and how we treat people. He has been watching us when we are at home, dealing with our children and our spouse. He watches us to see what we do with what He gives us and with the monies that are put in our hands. He is watching us all the time, much like this undercover boss.

The thing I also sense is that the time of reward is fast approaching. I had a dream the other night that I want to share with you today.

The dream was about two groups of people; one group wanted to go higher in God and the other group did not. The second group was content where they were, even though they knew it was not the heights that God desired for them to go to.

In my dream I was a little annoyed that those I had sowed time and love into did not want to arise to this high place in God.

I looked at them as I was literally arising in the dream and what I realized is this; they were happy and content.

I along with many other people were literally lifted to this new level in God, it was high above the level we had recently been on.

The only way I can describe the difference is that if you were standing at the foot of a mountain, one group remained on the foot of that mountain and the other group was literally lifted up to the very top of the mountain.

I knew when I awoke that a shift was taking place, and it was as God had shown me. Some are remaining at a place they are now and some are going on up to the high places in God.

I cannot be content on the low place in God, or even in the place I am currently in. I can only be satisfied if I attain to the place that I am destined to arise to.

Hebrews 11:6 reveals to us that God is a rewarder. God rewards those who seek Him. God rewards those who follow His word. God rewards those who continue to follow Him even though it is not always the easy way, God IS a REWARDER.

What I noticed most about the employees on this television program was their integrity. To them they were only doing their job to the best of their ability, they were expecting nothing more than their paycheck at the end of the week, while others slacked all they could and still expected a paycheck. The employees who displayed hard work and integrity stood out above the crowd and they were rewarded for it.

It is the same with many of you. You have simply been walking with God. You have been obeying His word, doing what His word says to do. You have loved God, when no one was watching. You have been worshipping God when it seemed your world was falling apart around you. You have been doing what was right in the sight of God. You did not do all these things for the reward, you did them because you love God and want to please Him and He has seen it all. He is coming and His reward is with him.

Isaiah 40:10 in the New Living Translation says it like this; Yes, the Sovereign LORD is coming in power. He will rule with a powerful arm. See, he brings his reward with him as he comes.
That is what I am praying for you today. He has been watching you and if you have been found faithful and consistent, it is time for your reward. God will reward you. That word ‘reward’ means payment, and wages. He is bringing your payment, your wages, and your promotion in this hour. It shall be just as the word of God declares; a faithful man shall abound in blessings. I declare that YOU abound in blessings today in Jesus name.
