On Thursday, October 12th, I received an email from Glory of Zion ministries with the following word.
During this Tabernacles week, I have tried to set aside extra time to read the Word of God. When I was reading from Psalm 112 this morning, I was encouraged how it presents the triumph of faith:
“Life is good for the one who is generous and charitable, conducting affairs with honesty and truth. Their circumstances will never shake them and others will never forget their example. They will not live in fear or dread of what may come, for their hearts are firm, ever secure in their faith. Steady and strong they will not be afraid, but will calmly face their every foe until they all go down in defeat.” (Psalm 112:5-8, The Passion Translation, emphasis added)
Reading this made me think of Chuck. Not only is he an incredible giver, but he also exhorts all of us to walk as overcomers. After sharing these verses with him, he asked that I pass them on to you. In this year of the Door, we are declaring no fear will hinder your advance, nor will any adversary cause you to retreat. Remember… this is your year for the skin of your enemy (Leviathan) to become the covering for your new sukkah!
Upon arriving in the office, we received this powerful word from Candice Demerly:“For I say to you: no more delay! The time is now, the time is here. I have reestablished My connection with you this day to strip away delay. I have sent down My ‘Angel Armies’ to break the chains that have bound you from your destiny. My hands and feet are being restored to their rightful place of worship as they carry out My divine plan. What the enemy has held back, I AM restoring this day. This day!”
I wanted to share this email with you today. It is not the first time in the past few days, that I have heard the word RESTORE. I am hearing it all over the place and from many different sources.
I want to encourage you today, once again, expect restoration in this season. Expect God to restore to you. Expect His goodness.
Joel 2:25 says; So, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.
Jeremiah 30:16-17 says; Therefore, all those who devour you shall be devoured; And all your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; Those who plunder you shall become plunder, and all who prey upon you I will make a prey. For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord.
Oh, my goodness! I get excited just reading these verses. Our God is a God of restoration! You see it all throughout the Bible. He says He will restore all that has been stolen from us. I don’t know about you, but that is a big amount to me! He says He will restore health to us! I love that. And heal us of our wounds. I believe that is not only physical wounds but also wounds of the heart that have been battered from the storms, hurts and challenging seasons we have walked through.
In the Webster’s 1828 dictionary, the word restore is defined as; To return to a person, as a specific thing which he has lost, or which has been taken from him and unjustly detained. We restore lost or stolen goods to the owner.
Many of us have things unjustly taken from us, or detained…it is time for that season to end and to acknowledge that the season of TOTAL RESTORATION has begun. God said it began October 12th…it is already in motion.
I don’t know about you but I am standing in faith, declaring my restoration has begun. Restoration in all things stolen, restoration of health, and restoration of healing of wounds. I am praying the same thing for you and your family today as well. May God be glorified in our lives this month as we receive the restoration that belongs to us through Christ Jesus, our Lord!
Prayer for today: Father, I thank you that restoration has begun. We WILL see with our eyes, restoration of all things in our life in this season. We believe it God and we receive it now, in Jesus name. Thank you God!!!
