I want to share with you something that has been on my mind lately. It’s about a message I received from the Lord regarding a time of multiplication for His people. I was reminded of a dream I had a few years ago, and I feel compelled to share it with you today.

In my dream, I visited a soup kitchen with which I had been involved for several years. Upon entering the kitchen, I handed the lady behind the counter a loaf of bread. It was a loaf of sliced bread, like what you would find at a grocery store. She accepted the bread and promptly gave me five loaves of fresh bread, straight from the oven. The aroma was fantastic, I can still smell it today.

In the dream, the same thing kept happening; I would give someone a gift of money, and they would hand me back a stack of money. Alternatively, I would give them a dollar bill, and they would hand me a stack of bills. This dream stayed with me as I woke up, and I felt that God was showing me something important.

Several days passed, and God reminded me of the dream and began to speak to me about multiplication. He reminded me of the little boy with the two fish and loaves. He told me how Jesus blessed it, and it multiplied to the point that it fed everyone present that day. Not only that but there was a large amount left over as well.

In my dream, a recurring scenario played out. Each time I planted a single seed, it swiftly grew into a bountiful harvest, returning to me multiplied many times over. My small offering resulted in an overwhelming abundance being given back to me.

Next, God led me to Hebrews 6:14, which says, Surely blessing I will bless you and multiplying I will multiply you.

I was meditating on that scripture when I decided to do a word search. I knew the word blessing meant empowerment to prosper, but I wanted to dig out the root meaning of multiplying.

The word multiply means this: to multiply the whole, to be filled until you are completely fulfilled.

Oh my! I have been praying for wholeness in every area of my life—not only in mine but also in yours. Suddenly, I knew what God was showing me for us!!!

He was saying, “Do not grow weary in well doing, for it is the season to reap and to reap in multiplication.”

He reminded me that as I continue to give, it will be multiplied back to me—and the same for you!

Remember the boy with the two fish and loaves? Jesus blessed his offering, and it multiplied until it fed the WHOLE group of people! Everyone was filled and fulfilled. Praise the Lord!

Each time you sow a seed, wherever you sow that seed, we declare your seed blessed, just as Jesus did that day. We pray your seeds will multiply until you are completely whole in every area of your life. That it will multiply until you are filled and fulfilled.

Even as I was writing, a minister friend called me. As we were talking, she said to me, “Things are multiplying!” I love when God confirms what He is saying!!!

God is blessing our seed, whether they are financial seeds or seeds of the word of the Living God. We will see the multiplication of every seed sown this very year!
